Delivery, sales tax and final invoice

At the full asking price, seller-selected standard shipping or commercial freight delivery within the contiguous United States is included. Freight delivery requires a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, expedited service, special handling and testing are additional. Shipping terms for an accepted offer below asking price will be confirmed before purchase. Applicable sales tax is additional and will be shown separately on the final invoice.

Provide the complete delivery address and access requirements, or confirm local pickup, when requesting an invoice. If you claim a resale or other tax exemption, provide a valid exemption certificate for review before payment. A business purchase is not automatically tax-exempt.

Payment methods

Bank wire transfer is required for freight shipments, higher-value machinery and direct sales over $2,500. Credit or debit card is accepted through an authorized Copper Holler Surplus, LLC invoice for direct sales under $2,500, or by chip or tap at local pickup. Cash is accepted at appointment-only local pickup.

Marketplace purchases must be completed through the marketplace's required checkout. Items are released or shipped only after payment is confirmed. Checks, money orders, peer-to-peer payment apps and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Condition

Industrial surplus with original Shelco factory quality-control certificates matching both model and serial numbers. Both housings have been opened and photographed; visible interiors and cartridge mounting plates appear clean, with no obvious heavy deposits or corrosion in the supplied views. Exterior surfaces show handling marks and label residue. Prior use remains unknown. Red perimeter gaskets are present; the factory certificates specify silicone, but their present elasticity and sealing performance have not been tested. Sold as photographed, without filter cartridges. Separately wrapped components are included as pictured; their identity and present completeness have not been verified. Copper Holler Surplus, LLC has not performed current pressure or functional testing.

Documentation and included components

Two signed Shelco quality-control certificates dated April 2017 match A (196141-021) and B (196141-041). Both record a passed visual weld inspection and a passed hydrostatic test at 200 PSI at 70°F. Both identify work order 196141 and customer purchase order 0165834-00, and record passed internal/external finish inspections, cleaning/packaging, instructions and all connections/parts included at the time of factory release. These are original factory records, not current recertification or proof of subsequent non-use. The photographed packet also contains material mill/inspection certificates, surface-roughness printouts, operating instructions and Shelco brochures. The supporting mill and roughness pages are retained with the packet; their individual heat/component-to-housing traceability has not been independently established. Product brochures illustrate other Shelco products and do not define additional included equipment.

Specifications

Shelco SFH sanitary T-style cartridge-filter housings with swing-bolt closures, removable lower plates, support legs and sanitary ferrule connections. A accepts three 30-inch cartridges with 1.5-inch Tri-Clamp inlet/outlet; B accepts five 30-inch cartridges with 2-inch Tri-Clamp inlet/outlet. Both use 226 cartridge connections. The matching factory certificates specify 316/316L stainless steel, silicone seals, electropolished 25 RA internal / 32 RA external finishes, and one straight plus two 90-degree valves per housing. Each housing is marked PRESSURE: 150; Shelco's SFH catalogue specifies a 150 psig series rating. The original 200 PSI factory hydrostatic test is a test pressure, not an increased operating rating. Filter cartridges are not included; the supplied Shelco instructions state that housings are normally supplied without cartridges installed.
